FOOD TEXTURES CLASSIFICATION USING DEEP LEARNING
• Implemented Image processing and segmentation using Computer Vision techniques to formulate Deep Learning models and perform feature extraction on food texture analysis.
• Performed Oversampling on Image data using LLE-based SMOTE to handle unbalanced data problems.
• Tested with DenseNet, EfficientNet and basic CNN approaches for epoch training attaining accuracy of 94%.
DST Rajasthan Asteroid Search Campaign
• Selected as a role of Citizen Scientist to perform image analysis on astronomical data provided by the Institute of Astronomy at The University of Hawaii.
• Made 3 preliminary detections of asteroids near Jupiter's Asteroid Belt and Trans-Neptunian objects amongst top 195 teams
globally to be accredited by IASC and NASA.
SIIM ISIC MELANOMA CLASSIFICATION
• Designed an ensemble of 3 different models, that leverage transfer learning using Computer vision architectures (VGG, Xception, DenseNet) to identify melanoma in images of skin lesions.
• 97% accuracy measured by model.
